Reach Beyond Behaviour Therapy Inc. was established during the midst of the worldwide COVID-19 Pandemic that changed how people with special needs received treatment and support. During that time, Reach Beyond Behaviour Therapy Inc. developed unique approaches to assist families within the province of Ontario by developing and implementing a hybrid model consisting of consultation and telepractice services. Reach Beyond Behaviour Therapy Inc. has served over 30 clients and their families. We will continue to find creative solutions to overcome barriers that families may experience by providing exceptional services!
Reach Beyond Behaviour Therapy goes beyond by integrating their clients into the community and providing families with tools to help their children succeed. By being collaborative and consistent, we not only delivered high-quality services, but we have built strong client-professional relationships.
We have created a vision in which our clients are productive and independent members of society. We believe that the best outcomes are achieved when there is a collaborative approach in which everyone works together!
Pawan Mann, M.ADS, BCBA
Clinical Director
Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
Pawan Mann is the Clinical Director at Reach Beyond Behaviour Therapy Inc. She is registered under the Ontario Autism Program service provider’s list and also credentialed as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. She received her Master of Applied Disability Studies with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis, from Brock University in 2017.
Pawan has more than 10 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, other Neurological Disorders, Genetic and Chromosomal Disorders, and Developmental Delay across the lifespan. In her experience, Pawan has provided 1:1 therapy, clinical supervision, coaching to parents, caregivers, teachers and other educators. In addition to being a strong leader, Pawan oversees the programming and provides Clinical Supervision to Behaviour Therapists who are delivering Applied Behaviour Analysis to children, youth and adolescents with special needs. Pawan will seek your advice and input, recognize your contributions and expresse appreciation.
Throughout her years of services, Pawan has worked in schools and multiple clinical settings across Ontario. She has experience in working alongside public and private organizations delivering ABA services across all ages. She also had the pleasure of working alongside with Dr. Ghaemmaghami in delivering a virtual Functional Analysis. Pawan has worked on issues related to severe challenging behaviours, selective eating, toileting and other skills.
In her spare time, Pawan enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, working out and outdoor activities like hiking, snowboarding and running.
Meaghan Kosial is a Clinical Director at Reach Beyond Behaviour Therapy Inc. and is a licensed Board Certified Behaviour Analyst. Meaghan completed her Master of Applied Disability Studies degree with a specialization in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Brock University and Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.
Meaghan’s clinical practice focuses on supporting culturally and linguistically diverse families by providing training and clinical supervision to practitioners providing applied behaviour analysis treatment. Meaghan has 11 years of clinical and practical experience working with children, youth and adults with genetic, chromosomal, neurological disabilities and mental health disorders.
In this time, Meaghan treated individuals from diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings including at the William Osler Hospital in the Mental Health Unit for children and adolescents and at the Centre of Mental Health and Addictions in the forensic mental unit. Meaghan has worked with provincial and private agencies that delivered treatment for children, youth and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Meaghan is passionate about making sure every child has access to trauma-informed behaviour analytic therapy that is appropriate and based on scientific research to help build their functional independence.
During her off days, Meaghan is an avid animal lover and an environmentalist. She enjoys travelling and tasting foods from cultures around the world. To help uplift her spirit, Meaghan enjoys exercising, bike riding, reading and listening to music.
